Mandatory Field Experience

We won’t send you a rookie. Unless specifically requested otherwise, every single ESP representative must have a minimum of 3 years of direct field experience. Beyond their time in the trenches, our baseline standard requires our people to hold multiple competent person certifications, as well as NFPA70E.
